With a sense of our responsibility towards our students and teachers in the Rukban camp, Education Without Borders / MIDAD foundation in cooperation with Mercy Without Limits organisation has provided a financial grant to teachers working in the schools of the camp, those who are still voluntarily offering sacrifices in catastrophic and painful circumstances that only people of high determination can challenge,
Where the number of beneficiaries of this grant amounted to 47 male and female teachers who teach around (1000) male and female students voluntarily without financial compensation.
It is noteworthy that the Rukban camp is located in the southern desert, on the Syrian-Jordanian-Iraqi border, in a harsh climatic environment and includes ten thousand displaced people currently, Its residents live under severe restrictions by the Syrian regime, which has besieged it since the fall of 2017.
