ABANT İZZET BAYSAL
It is one of the public universities located in the city of Bolu. The university was founded on July 3, 1992 AD, by the philanthropist, the architect Izzat Baysal. The university consists of 10 faculties, 10 institutes and 5 vocational institutes. The university includes in its educational staff 900 lecturers and lecturers, and about 20,000 students. The university is 13 km away from the city center. This year, a kickboxing tournament was held for university students in Turkey, in which more than 600 student athletes competed for the championship. The university offers its education in the Turkish language only, and the university is run by Professor Dr. Khairy Goskut.
