  • The applicant must have successfully completed secondary education and be under 24 years old when applying for the scholarship.

    • The applicant must be Syrian or Syrian-Syrian and hold a valid ID card, valid passport, temporary government ID card, residence permit, or complete registration with UNHCR as a documented refugee.
    • The applicant must apply for SPARK scholarships that are only available in their current country of residence.
    • The applicant does not have sufficient financial means to pursue higher education.
