Advance Criteria:
- The applicant must have successfully completed secondary education and be under 24 years old when applying for the scholarship.
• Applicants must have an equivalency certificate issued by the Ministry of Higher Education in the current country of residence (for more information on the equivalency certificate, Please review the FAQ page).
• The applicant must be Syrian or Syrian-Syrian and hold a valid ID card, valid passport, temporary government ID card, residence permit, or complete registration with UNHCR as a documented refugee.
• The applicant must apply for SPARK scholarships that are only available in their current country of residence.
• The applicant does not have sufficient financial means to pursue higher education.
