The second stage: What is required after the announcement of acceptance and when the registration is confirmed:
1) Graduation certificate or document (translated + certified by Notre) number (1)
“Note”: For graduates from universities outside Turkey, they must bring a certificate of recognition of the university (Okul Tanıması) in which they studied from the Ministry of Higher Education in Ankara.
2) Transcript of grades for the bachelor’s or master’s stage (translated + certified by the notary) number (1).
3) 6 official photographs taken during the past six months.
4) A copy of the passport (translated + certified by Noter) + residence permit with the national TC number (if it exists).

6) A Turkish language certificate TÖMER if it exists or is attended later (a period of time is given according to each institute to bring it).
7) The receipt of payment of the quarterly registration fee.

What is required is as follows:
• “Direct” registration at the required institute related to your branch “and there is no need to register online”
?• The documents required for registration in general, and more documents may be requested according to each institute. Therefore, it is preferable to inquire in advance from your institute:
1) Graduation certificate or document for the bachelor’s or master’s stage (translated + certified by Notre)
“Note”: For graduates from universities outside Turkey, they must bring a certificate of recognition of the university (Okul Tanıması) in which they studied from the Ministry of Higher Education in Ankara.
2) Transcript of marks for the last stage they reached, whether in the masters or doctoral degrees (translated + certified by the Notre).
3) Description of the materials in the transcript of marks (translated)
4) Evidence of your status at the previous university (life of university) with a new date (translated + certified by Notre).
5) Personal proofs (photos + passport + certificate or residence permit)
6) A Turkish language certificate TÖMER if it is present or attended later (a period of time is given according to each institute to bring it).

⚠Note: For the possibility of completion, you must have completed at least one semester at your previous university, with your success in all subjects, and it is not possible to complete in the last year, whether for a master’s or doctorate.
