Registration starts at Karadeniz Technic University for freshmen
KARADENİZ TEKNİK ÜNİVERSİTESİ
It is the first Turkish public educational university to be established outside Ankara and Istanbul. It was opened on May 20, 1955 in Trabzon, “the capital of the Black Sea Region”. The university started its educational activities with the construction of the Atatürk Primary School but after 1966 a huge campus of its own was built.
Karadeniz University campus contains 17 faculties, try more than 60 departments, an academic staff of 2,300 people, and more than 56 thousand Turkish and foreign students. The university also hosts many laboratories, research centers, restaurants and cafes that are luxurious and suitable for the student.
