He must be a foreigner, i.e. not hold Turkish citizenship
To be a holder of a temporary protection card or residence permit that begins with the number 99
To be registered in a Turkish public university
What does the scholarship offer?
Monthly salary of approximately 250 Turkish Liras
The scholarship opens a bank account for the accepted student
