Applications for the group of second round countries will be open from February 5 to March 5, 2018, and the third round group of (107) countries will be from April 16 to May 14, 2018, knowing that the application for the third round group will be only for undergraduate students “bachelors” while postgraduate students “Master’s, PhD” from this role will open the door for applications for them on the same date of submission for the group of countries of the second round.
